EAGLE, Idaho (CBS2) — Pure honey. Clean burning soy candles.
And flowers.
A new business in Eagle is now open -- just in time for summer. It's called Blue Sky Farm.
"Blue Sky Farms is a family-owned and operated flower u-pick," said Lauren Allen, flower farmer. "The idea started when my mom and I wanted something fun to do together. And we wanted a place for the community to spend time."
It's located near North Haven Drive in Eagle (2685 N. Haven Drive). The grand opening took place over the weekend. Folks enjoyed cutting fresh flowers and enjoying the beautiful scenery -- someone people can do all summer.
"It is open all year round, we actually rotate our candle scents based off the season," Allen said.
The next flower picking opportunity will be Wednesday evening. You can find Blue Sky on Facebookand Instagram.
