Rapper Cardi B isn't afraid of a little PDA. She recently posted a photo of herself and her husband, fellow rapper Offset, enjoying each other's company at the beach, in order to celebrate his birthday. Being a performer, Cardi B has to learn and practice choreography for her videos and live performances. "During aerobic activity, you repeatedly move large muscles in your arms, legs and hips. You'll notice your body's responses quickly," says the Mayo Clinic. "You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Cardi revealed on her Instagram story that she only eats breakfast and dinner each day. "I also only eat twice a day," she said. "I eat a big breakfast and then I eat a big dinner."
Cardi also said on her Instagram story that she drinks a lot of Teami for detoxing, especially after having her first child. "Twice a week, I do Teami because I can't do it every day," she wrote about the digestive tea.
In a previous Instagram live, Cardi showed off what she makes for breakfast, and she says that she loves to eat yogurt. "Yogurt is very good for women," she explained. "I suggest women … eat one cup of yogurt a day."
