The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Whitney Rose is showing fans what a typical morning in her busy life looks like. Rose, 37, shared a video of herself wearing green leggings and a matching sports bra, mixing up a pre-workout to start the day before hitting the treadmill and lifting weights. "Come along while I get ready for a day at the studio 🎥My morning routine has become my saving grace, especially on busy days with work and the kids schedules. It's so important for me to have a clear mind and lots of energy before I start my day. What is your morning routine?" she captioned the post. Here's what Rose's wellness routine looks like.
Rose makes sure to start her day off on the right foot. "My life is very busy and I always have a lot going on between being a mom running Wild Rose Beauty, launching Prism and filming The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City," she told Prism Lifestyle. "I often feel stressed and overwhelmed so it is essential for me to stay grounded and connected so I practice my spiritual routine daily. Every morning from bed, I set my intentions for what I want to accomplish that day, both professionally and personally. I visualize energy flowing through my body and activating the energy within myself, and then I visualize how I want my day to go. This sets the tone for my day and gives me that space to get really clear on my desires."
Rose relaxes by visiting a spa in the mountains. "I have been going to @stillwell_spa for a few years now to relax, enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, fresh air, the spa and the Elemis Biotec for my skin. Driving up the Utah canyons this time of year feeds my soul with the fall colors and crisp air. Perfect Sunday vibe 🍁✨," she captioned an Instagram post.
Rose tries to have a balanced diet without too many restrictions. "I am not about being perfect with my diet 100% of the time," she told Prism Lifestyle. "Rather than restricting, I focus on adding in high-vibrational foods like green juice, vitamins and a healthy breakfast. If those are the only healthy things I do for my body that day, at least I know I have started my day on the right foot. I'm always being pulled in a million different directions and when I start the day with these small things, it inspires me to make better food decisions during the day."
Rose is grateful for the small things in life. "I have changed my mind A LOT about what success means to me. Success to me means enjoying what I do every day, having time to spend with my husband and kids, and being surrounded by supporting and loving people," she captioned an Instagram post.
Rose reads every day. "Reading is like nutrition for your brain, and you know I'm a vibes girl, so starting my day with a little bit of inspiration and learning gives me that little boost and confirmation I need to move through my day in the highest alignment," she told Prism Lifestyle. "Whether I have time to read one paragraph or one chapter, I don't put the pressure on myself, I just get that little bit of positive mindset for the day."
